A discovery of the Tuscan lands which for centuries have produced the most popular wines in the world from the vines and grapes of Novelli del Sangiovesse to Brunello di Montalcino. Includes visits to the local Tuscan wine cellars and wine tasting.
In addition to learning about the history of the territory, students will conduct a study of the regions best wines by means of wine tasting in the typical wine cellars of Florence.
